1. General Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted on parts purchased through our online BMW parts store, subject to the conditions outlined below.
All returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
The part(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
Original part number labels must be visible and unimpeded.
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items: The following parts are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
Electrical Parts: Electrical parts are not returnable. This includes all electrical components, such as alternators, starters, sensors, etc. due to safety and quality standards.
Parts That Have Been Installed or Used: Any part that has been installed or used is not eligible for return.
Parts Without VIN Verification: Any part ordered without a VIN is not returnable.
3. Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the return of all eligible parts that are not special order or electrical components.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the part.
Our team will provide instructions on how to return the part.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong part was shipped.
5. Refunds:
Once the returned part has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Please note, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Parts:
If you receive a part that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately.
7. Exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to the same terms as returns, including eligibility and restocking fees.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to discuss availability and any potential price differences.

Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
